NUKE//CRYPT is a lifetime access token to a privately-operated five-hop onion-routed encryption network optimised for realtime HTTP traffic. The token grants unmetered bandwidth, 1024 concurrent streams, and access to all currently-published exit clusters. The token is single-tenant, non-transferable, and never expires — it can only be invalidated by explicit operator-side revocation.
NUKE//CRYPT does not offer user accounts in the conventional sense. You are identified solely by your access token and operator alias. Loss of the token is loss of access; we cannot “recover” a token because we do not store anything that could authenticate you to it.
Orders are settled exclusively in BTC, LTC or XMR for the amount displayed on the checkout page. The exchange rate is captured at order creation and valid for two hours. Underpayments and late payments will not be auto-matched and require manual reconciliation by the operator. We reserve the right to delay activation pending compliance review of unusually-structured payments.
Once an access token is delivered, the order is non-refundable. Pre-delivery cancellations may be requested at any time and any received funds will be returned to the originating address minus on-chain network fees.
You undertake not to use NUKE//CRYPT to: (a) target, harass or stalk natural persons; (b) operate or assist child sexual abuse material; (c) facilitate or finance terrorist organisations; (d) circumvent applicable export controls and sanctions imposed by the United Nations Security Council. We reserve the right to revoke any token used in violation of (a)–(d) without refund.
Investigative journalists, human-rights defenders, persecuted activists and security researchers using the Service in good faith for lawful research are explicitly welcome. We will resist, by all lawful means available to us, any attempt to compel us to identify, deanonymise or restrict their activity.
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our maximum aggregate liability under these Terms is the amount actually paid for the access token. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.
The Service combines XChaCha20-Poly1305 with a hybrid X25519 + CRYSTALS-Kyber-1024 key-exchange. While we believe this construction provides robust resistance to known classical and quantum cryptanalysis, no cryptographic primitive is mathematically proven secure. Customers operating in adversarial environments should plan for crypto-agility.
We are not liable for service interruption due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to coordinated state-level traffic blocking, datacentre seizure, cable cuts, or hostile takeovers of upstream connectivity providers. We will, however, make commercially reasonable efforts to bring up replacement nodes as quickly as the operating environment permits.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles. Disputes are resolved by confidential binding arbitration in Victoria, Seychelles, conducted in English under the SIAC Rules.
